Terms and Conditions
By downloading or using the application, these terms will automatically apply to you. Therefore, you should ensure that you carefully read these terms before using the application.
Shenzhen Yuzhuo Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to making the application as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to change the application or charge for its services at any time, for any reason. We will clearly specify the charges when you are billed for the application or its services.
The SubCat application stores and processes personal data that you provide to us in order to provide our services. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your phone and application access. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system. This may make your phone vulnerable to malicious software/viruses/malware and may also mean that the SubCat application will not function correctly.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Shenzhen Yuzhuo Technology Co., Ltd. will not take responsibility for. Some functions of the application will require the application to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Shenzhen Yuzhuo Technology Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for the application not working at full capacity if you cannot access Wi-Fi and you do not have any data left.
If you are using the application outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should be aware that your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, your mobile network provider may charge you for the cost of data during the time you are connected to the application or other third-party charges. When you use the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home area (i.e., region or country). If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the application.
Similarly, Shenzhen Yuzhuo Technology Co., Ltd. cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the application, i.e., you need to make sure that your device stays charged. If the battery runs out, you won’t be able to open the application to use the service, and Shenzhen Yuzhuo Technology Co., Ltd. cannot be held responsible.
Regarding Shenzhen Yuzhuo Technology Co., Ltd.’s responsibility for your use of the application, it’s important to understand that while we make every effort to ensure that it is up to date and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Shenzhen Yuzhuo Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by you as a result of your full reliance on this functionality of the application.
At some point, we may wish to update the application. The application is currently available on iOS – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change. You will need to download updates if you want to continue using the application. Shenzhen Yuzhuo Technology Co., Ltd. does not promise that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the application and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the application, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
